Offset Printed badges are great for those designs which require intricate details and fine lines. Your badge can be printed by a silk screen process for solid colors or by an offset printed process should your badge design have large amounts of colors, half tones, or color blends. The process begins in the selection of the base metal. Your badge is printed one color at a time onto the base metal. A clear epoxy coating is applied to the finished product. This badge is great for photo reproduction and is excellent for logos featuring great detail. Each badge is thoroughly inspected and packaged individually prior to delivery.
