Photo Etched badges are produced by taking an image of your design from film and transferring it onto a sheet of metal. This allows for more detailed designs and a wider choice of colours. Your design is etched into brass or copper using an acid etching process, all of the impurities are carefully removed and cleaned from the surface. Enamel colour is then added to the indentations and fired in a kiln. The badges are then cut according to your custom design, plated, and polished to a shiny finish. Each badge is thoroughly inspected and packaged individually prior to delivery.
