Soft Enamel badges are a great alternative to Cloisonne. A die is struck from your design. Enamel paints are then added. The badges are placed in a low heat kiln in order to seal in the colours and achieve superb colour separation. Soft enamel badges are ideal for simplistic designs and for designs that require clear colour separation. A final popular option is to apply a clear epoxy finish which protects the pin. Each pin is thoroughly polished, inspected and packaged individually prior to shipping.
